The slave began this company back in 2009, it was sole owner of the business back in 2009, things changed over time, the slave began to be co-owner with its younger brother back in 2012, and then sold the business to it's younger brother back in 2014.
I purchased the business back in 2018 May 25th to be exact, it's coming up to the anniversary of the day that I purchased the business and the slave. I really needed the slave to be part of this business because I did not know what I was doing at the time. However things are changing in this rapid changing world. The name changed to reflect my last name, I have also purchased a call center that was taken away by some greedy people in New York that trashed the name, and even made employees suffer without a job, no notice or nothing in that matter. I wanted to purchase the two in the area, however the older building was a wreck so my decision was not to buy it.
The slave does get a income, however the income goes into a savings account that the slave is not allowed to touch, I am allowed to touch this account, so technically yes it does make a income. I have had the slave doing payroll for me and record keeping, however I find some software that will allow the payroll and record keeping being done automatically.
The slave does not have any ownership of the business at all anymore since I took over back in 2018 like I said before. I want make the slave feel less than it should be, so I have demoted the slave down to a call center rep lead, he replaces Travis which had the title before the slave was demoted.
I have promoted Travis to the position that the slave had, accept the payroll and record keeping is done automatically instead.
It will continue to be monitored by Travis and Brad. Brad will be head of book keeping, while Travis will be supervisor/ head of openforce.
